Google Forms Custom Headers UPDATED

In my last post, I shared my template for easily creating a custom Google Forms Header which would not be cropped or resized.

Here are examples of headers for you to use, and screenshots to see what they look like in action.

(A note in regards to accent colors: For the record, the algorithm for the accent colors eludes me, but generally I have good luck with Google picking good theme colors to go with these.)

Google Forms custom headers are for topics such as: Math, Geometry, Paleontology, Science, Art, American History, and have patterns such as Triangles, Hexagons, American Flag, Patriotic, Geometric, and Formal/Classic.
